Refund policy
Can I exchange or return my order?
- If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Send us an email at hello@atelierpomme.nl with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return the items only in the original packaging and with the original tags and labels.
- We only take back unwashed, unworn or defective items.
- The responsibility and costs for the return are for the sender, not for POMME. We would like to receive a Track & Trace code.
- You will receive your money back if we have received the return in good order and according to our conditions.
- Some items cannot be returned.
Which items cannot be returned?
- Personalized products cannot be exchanged neither returned.
- Gift cards and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

What can I do if I have a complaint or have received a defective item?
- If there is a defect or you have a complaint, please let us know within 48 hours by sending us a photo of the defect or complaint by email: hello@atelierpomme.nl.
Right of withdrawal
1.1 After purchase, the consumer has the right to return an article without giving any reason within fourteen days, starting on the day of receipt by the consumer. If an article by its nature does not fall under the right of withdrawal, this will be stated by Atelier Pomme in the offer.
1.2 During the trial period, the consumer must handle the product and the packaging with care. If the consumer wishes to return an item based on the right of withdrawal, this must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. A seal must not be broken. The buyer must ensure proper packaging of the return shipment and bear the shipping costs.
1.3 Personalized items and facemasks are not subject to the right of withdrawal and may not be returned.
1.4 Upon return in accordance with the conditions and within the trial period, Atelier Pomme will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
1.5 You will receive your money back if we have received the return in good order and according to our conditions.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
