How fast will my (personalized) order be shipped?
Orders are shipped within 1 business day.
Personalized orders are made especially for you and are shipped within 3–5 business days.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace details.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of your order and the destination country. The exact shipping costs will be shown at checkout before completing your order.
Our standard shipping rates are:
- The Netherlands: Letterbox package €4 / Package €5.90 / Free shipping from €100*
- Belgium & Germany: €8 / Free shipping from €100*
- France, Italy & the United Kingdom: Free shipping from €200*
*Free shipping cannot be combined with other promotions.
Please note that different shipping rates may apply to heavy or oversized items. Heavy and oversized items are excluded from free shipping promotions.

Orders outside the European Union
Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier handling fees upon arrival.
These charges are determined by the destination country and/or shipping carrier and are not included in the product price or shipping costs paid at checkout.
Any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be reimbursed by Atelier Pomme.
We recommend checking the applicable import regulations and potential charges in your destination country before placing an order.
